Return and Exchange Policy
We strive to provide you with the highest quality and your satisfaction is important to us. As such, we accept returns only in Cairo while the courier messenger is waiting at your doorstep after paying him the agreed shipping fees. Any returns will not be accepted after that.
As for other governorates, your order will be delivered sealed therefore no exchange or refund is allowed. We have taken great care to provide detailed product images and comprehensive information about the sizes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
